PartzealHQ ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your email address, company name, country, and (for suppliers) additional business documentation required for verification.

Inquiry content. When you submit a quotation request, we store the part details, quantities, delivery preferences, and messages you exchange with suppliers.

Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and product improvement.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Platform — match buyers with suppliers, deliver inquiry notifications, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Information sharing

When you submit an inquiry, the suppliers you select see your company name and country. Your email address and direct contact details are not shared with suppliers unless and until you award an inquiry to that supplier.

We use third-party service providers (Vercel, Neon Postgres, Resend for email, Cloudflare for storage) to operate the Platform. These providers process data on our behalf under contract.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Inquiries are archived 14 days after the last activity (per platform rules) and retained for 24 months for dispute resolution.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@partzeal.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR.

6. Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies for session management and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We may add analytics (Vercel Analytics, Plausible) which collect anonymous aggregate usage data only.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
