These Terms of Service govern your use of PartzealHQ (the "Platform") operated at partzeal.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform purpose

PartzealHQ is a B2B marketplace facilitating connections between buyers seeking auto parts and verified Chinese manufacturers supplying them. PartzealHQ does not directly sell parts and is not a party to any transaction between buyer and supplier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter contracts on behalf of the business you represent. Buyer and supplier accounts are intended for business use only.

3. Inquiries and quotations

When you submit an inquiry, you authorize the recipient suppliers to respond with quotations. You are not obligated to award an order. PartzealHQ does not guarantee that suppliers will respond, that quotations will be accurate, or that any transaction will close.

4. Supplier obligations

Verified suppliers represent that they are legitimate manufacturers, that their certifications are current, and that their product listings are accurate. Suppliers must not include direct contact information (email, phone, messaging IDs, external URLs) in inquiry replies until a buyer has awarded the inquiry. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited content

You may not list counterfeit parts, parts that infringe trademarks you do not have rights to, or parts that violate applicable safety regulations.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is." PartzealHQ does not warrant the accuracy of fitment data, supplier claims, or product specifications. Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility, quality, and regulatory compliance before placing orders.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartzealHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost orders, or supplier non-performance.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
